iPPHOT: A webserver for predicting hotspots at protein-protein interfaces

iPPHOT

A webserver for identifying protein-protein interfaces hotspot residues. iPPHOT was developed by using support vector machine based on three different kinds of features including relative consevation, solvent accessible surface area, and B factors of residues. It needs three input files: pdbfile which contains the coordinates of a protein-protein complexes; consurf.grades and msa_aa_variety_percentage.csv that was generated by the ConSurf server. More details can be found in the tutorial.
